Customer Service Could Use Some Work

Please be warned that you should use the website to compare plans, not the little blurbs provided in the app! There are slight discrepancies between the descriptions. The pricing provided online is also different than what is shown in the app. This company needs to work on transparency with the customer and aligning their platforms! When I spoke to customer service, trying to figure out what I actually paid was a nightmare. Then once we figured it out, I was told I would need to pay an additional $70 to obtain the functionality I believed I should already have based on the description I saw in the app. Customer service could use some re-vamping. That said, the app is great if you don’t have any issues with the plan you are on.
Skeptical but pleasantly surprised

I was looking for an inexpensive alternative to a Photo Booth work Christmas party. This was super easy and great for a one night event. Highly recommend the app! the customer service is amazing and the set up was easy.
License not linked to device

Had this all setup and working the night before our big event. Then just as we started using it, it said the license was not linked to our device and it wouldn’t send pics. Assign, transfer, unlink, unassign actions on licensing page did not do anything and support chat wasn’t available until Monday morning...not much help when the event is Friday night! Will be calling to get a refund on our unused license.
Bad lighting

The app is great until the lighting becomes the issue. I have tested the the app booth equipment with other apps and with the iPad itself and the lighting is great.
