Download and install the MyAflac app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using MyAflac on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MyAflac"
- The search will reveal the MyAflac app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once MyAflac is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MyAflac.
- Now enjoy MyAflac on PC.

- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing MyAflac:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "MyAflac" » Click "Install" to install MyAflac
- MyAflac will now be available on your windows start-menu.

A Convenient Blessing

My husband has been in the hospital in PCU for three weeks with sudden kidney failure. On the fourth day, I was so relieved to remember the Aflac payments being drafted each payday but really didn’t know what policies he had. I knew I couldn’t leave him for an hour long drive home to my computer and fax. Finding this App allowed me to check what policies we had, gather necessary documentation, have the Drs sign forms and upload everything that needed to be submitted. When additional info was needed the App/ messages &/or customer service guided me and told me this is the fastest way to get documentation to Aflac’s claims department even before he is discharged. Best of all, I did it by his bedside, great peace of mind for us both knowing he will be in the hospital for many more days to come.

App isn’t helpful!

This app is by FAR one of the worst that I have tried to use! Let me start by saying that I love Aflac. They have been extremely helpful to my family in a time of difficulty. Everything about our policies have been 100% as advertised, and our local rep is outstanding! HOWEVER, this app is horrible. I cannot read messages that I get about our claims. It will receive notifications that we have a message, but it will not open those messages. It keep saying “Oops, something went wrong” and to please try again or refresh the app. I have refreshed, deleted the app and reloaded to my phone, everything that I know to do...with no luck. This has happen multiple times over the last three months. I always end up going to my computer to read the messages. Filing a claim from my phone is impossible, yet from my computer, it is simple. Aflac is a great supplemental insurance company, but this app is bad. Maybe you’ll have better luck than I do with this one. Two stars only because of how helpful my agent is, and how quickly claims are paid (once you are able to file).

AFLAC is 5 star

We have had AFLAC sick and accident for many many years. It worked well with my family being involved in sports. In 2012 my husband called me at work and said the rep was in his office for yearly review and wanted me to come by. I was very busy at work and said no. He kept bugging me so I went down. The rep offered cancer coverage. Well, since NO ONE in my family had ever had cancer and I thought the premium was s little high, I said no. Well, she kept bugging me to join. So I said ok. Then, 11 months later who gets diagnosed with cancer? Me! That policy WAS THE BEST THING I EVER GAMBLED ON. It has allowed me to keep my home and retire to enjoy my life as it is. My cancer isn’t curable and AFLAC is there for me.

Great Company, Horrible App

I love Aflac as a company and would recommend them to anyone for supplemental insurance and life insurance. My agent is also top notch, she goes out of the way to help.
With that being said, in today’s technological age, you would think the company would be able to have an app that works without errors. I have had this app downloaded for months. I attempted to use it not long after getting it, but it didn’t work. I tried again tonight, months later, thinking they must have fixed the problems. The app itself says it was updated for bugs, etc. about 9 months ago. Apparently, the didn’t fix much. I got an error three times in a row tonight trying to use it. It kept saying it needed to reload and other errors.
Great company. Horrible application! That’s why it’s only getting three stars.
