Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using map on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "map"
The search will reveal the map:clock - World Map & Clock app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once map is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including map.
Now enjoy map on PC.

I took a chance and bought this even though there were no recommendations yet and I’m glad I did. It saves a lot of time being able to see what time it is in different cities when I want to contact people. You also have the choice of military time which is useful and the date is given. Another great feature is that you can see where it is night and where it is day at a glance so you don’t wake somebody up in the middle of the night by mistake.I rarely buy apps but for two dollars I think this is a steal!

World travelers, your search has ended! While tracking time across the globe may not necessarily be the most exciting of activities, it's nice to know this app is "top shelf", sophisticated and refined in that task. Kudos and congratulations to the developers.

This app would have worked great for what I needed if I could select the city’s on the this app. But no where does it say that and they are charging for the app. This app is immediately being deleted for that reason.
