I really like this app a lot it’s very helpful but I think you could do some improvements like maybe adding a journal that you could ride in every dayAnd maybe elaborating a little bit more on the step work like you actually have things to do in the step for and what not I think that if you put questions and things with other steps would make it better but this is a great app and I recommend it to any addict

It has a nice layout with short and sweet daily meditations, and the sobriety calculator does what it’s supposed to do. The only problem I have with this app is that it gives multiple duplicate notifications throughout the day. I’ve had days where I had 36 notifications for the same reading.

This app is very helpful, but it is annoying to have 32 notifications sound all at once first thing in the morning and not have a way to change the notification settings to only send 1 notification.
