Sweet fever candy

I guess I don’t understand why I have had no response to my previous complaints. I am STILL unable to open this game. I will be encouraging all friends who play this game to delete the game because the same thing could happen to them. Apparently you think you can do just fine with no response to tech problems!
I have been playing the game for several months and enjoyed it! However, now it will not let me play. It shuts down when try to open. This happens on iPad and iPhone. I have deleted and reinstalled several times. I have already updated with the latest fix but won’t work.
I have read several reviews since I sent my above review and I see several people are having the same problem since installing IOS update. That is when I had trouble. Please advise!!!!

Sweet fever candy

Love the game and my only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because I have gotten very high in the levels twice and constant freeze ups/flashing lights have made me start over. Why does this happen? I’ve never had this problem with any other game. It’s a very enjoyable game but sometimes when I get close BAM! Then I have to start over. I have had to delete and download the game again and start over. Very frustrating and like a previous respondent said the early levels are easy to go through but as the game progresses it gets more difficult. I can’t image how far along I would be by now if not for the problems.

Uh - Oh!

Everything was going great until one day, the game froze! I tried and tried to close it but to no avail. The only solution was to delete and re-load. Its happened with other game apps but because i was playing through FB, it would automatically take me to the level I reached before i had to reload. Not the case here!! Back to square one!! Good thing this game is pretty easy and provides more than enough moves to get to the next level, but really now!!!!

This game is relaxing as it is pretty easy. However, I have reached a level that I can’t win no matter how hard I try. I get down to one left with 37 moves left but due to its position, I cannot get it. It would be nice if you offered rewards or helpful items that we can use to complete. Now I will have to put it away since I can’t get it.
Update, I have finally made it to level 5-40. Since these games come with no instructions, I can’t figure out how to get the cupcake and cake to the right side of the board. Can somebody help me
