I first had problems with crashing and not being able to collect very early into this game. I report the issues and was promptly compensated for the missing chips. Great customer service dealing with that. Rewrote my review with high hopes it was behind me. Boy was I wrong. With several special tournaments since I’ve had multiple issues with crashes, inability to collect winnings and trophies and being prematurely kicked back into the lobby after winning some big hands going all in while playing tourneys. Instead of being heads up against one opponent I get sent back to the lobby and automatically lose the tournament and place 4th or 5th. Extremely frustrating situations that make it just not worth the time. Just trying to relax after some down time due to a surgery and I love the idea behind the game. But the mechanics and technical issues NEED to be resolved in order to have any fun with this. It is exceptionally annoying having to report to customer service and tech support multiple times every time I try to play this hot mess of a game. It’s great that I got compensated when I reported issues, but if I didn’t report these MULTIPLE ISSUES MULTIPLE TIMES I’d be bankrupt in the game and have to use Real money to keep playing. Maybe they don’t care and that’s their plan anyways. Who knows. Until things are fixed this game is highly NOT recommended. Don’t waste your time.

While I’m sitting at any table with other players, I tap on their animal to view their stats but I can’t because it’s over lapped with other letters and characters , this is a bug that needs to be fixed because even when I reset the whole app, the characters are still overlapping. Please fix thank you. The other bug, usually when I’m heads up with a player and there’s a big pot, after the river card my game force shuts down and my phone takes me to my home screen, so I have to open it back up after the cards have already been dealt for the next round, and I can’t see what my opponent had. I come back to the table with less than I already had and I don’t even know if it glitched and just gave them the pot or if they actually won. Who knows I wasn’t there to see it

Anyone else having issues seeing other players at the tables? Can’t see other players or use power ups in normal play. No issues playing in tournaments though. Glad to see the improvements but still need real time chat and be able to create a friend list.

The game is fun to play, and I enjoy the interactive part of the app. However, after reaching higher levels, and amassing a great deal of money, the application doesn’t load, and I am unable to play. Really frustrating now. Would’ve rated the game higher, but it seems there are too many glitches at this time.
