  • Started out fun, now it steals my stuff.

    By akin2strength (Pcmac user)

At first this game was a lot of fun. It quickly became the only game I really played anymore. But the last 3-4 days have been nothing but a wast of time. It will wait until I am at the end of a mission, then tell me it is down for maintenance, take my keys and reset to the home screen without giving me my rewards. So I end up using all of my keys to end up with absolutely nothing for my time. And when I try to forge items already in my possession to get better items to progress further in the game, it once again states it’s down for maintenance, takes the items I already had and spent to gain better ones, without giving me the items I just earned. So in short I keep spending all this time just to end up worse off than I was before I spent hours of my time trying to make progress. The most frustrating part is that when I contact support about the issues and try to get some kind of reconciliation and restitution, I just keep getting asked to explain in greater detail the issues that I have already detailed quite thoroughly. It seems to be a trick to try and placate me so I feel that I am being helped without ever getting any actual assistance and help. So I’m done with this game. I just thought I’d share my experiences here and save some of you some time. Like I said previously, it started out really fun. Now it’s nothing but a huge waste of time.
  • Most recent update has the game shifting to a money-grab...

    By TheBiocide (Pcmac user)

Fist off, let me just say that before the most recent update, this game was FUN and BALANCED. The gameplay and all of the different modes, vehicles, and weapons, are overall extremely solid. But what I enjoyed most about the game was the fact that I could sit down, open up my phone, and make significant progress fairly quickly. The option to purchase in-game content was there, but I felt the devs did a great job making sure that if you didn’t want to pay, you could take your time with the game and eventually start earning those harder-to-get weapons and upgrades. It was BALANCED. The update where Guild Wars was introduced is where everything has started going downhill... Many small changes were made to the game that don’t encourage free-to-play players (who still watch plenty of ads, mind you) to stick around. The amount of dedication it would take a new player to get to where I currently am in the game is frankly unrealistic. As an experienced player myself, I find that my progression has nearly halted and my stats are beginning to stagnate. A new weapon or even upgrade for a car at this point doesn’t feel worth it to me anymore. At the end of the day, it’s a mobile game. And while I had a blast with it, the devs have gotten a little too greedy for my taste. It’s always a shame to see money take priority over a fun and balanced experience.
  • Solid for what it is...

    By KmooRising (Pcmac user)

The Graphics are phenomenal. Detail and colors are top notch. Short lived driving experience, before you know it your game is over. It seems the creators focused a lot on gameplay variety, first person shooter, third person driving , pvp, etc. There’s a scavenger component that’s automatic, which besides maybe getting a unique reward seems a little pointless if not overkill for the game itself. It is fun and worth a try, you might love it. Personally I’d like to experience longer driving time (without investing hours into the game). Maybe wider roads and more power ups when driving.
  • Great game, too many hoops

    By Nrollins3193 (Pcmac user)

The actual game is fun! Tons of zombies, great graphics, list goes on. The issue is the terrible missions you have to play such as “kill 25 zombies with your machine gun” it costs a huge amount to buy ammo and each time you use the ammo you will get roughly 5-8 kills and that’s with me upgrading the first machine gun a heavy amount. Not to mention that you can’t play a single round for over 1 minute because you run out of gas near instantly. How am I supposed to set high scores when I can hardly kill a few zombies without having to redo my gas tank? Once again, expensive and irritating to upgrade the fuel tank. I deleted the game due to these issues. When I can hop on and do a little grinding for a better car and gear, I’m up for it. But I’m not about to spend money or a lifetime of hours just getting a decent car to have fun.
