This app has great potential, but for now it’s just a mess. First when choosing appointments, so many appointment times aren’t showing (at all). Sometimes there are appointments, sometimes there isn’t... it’s a hit or miss. I made an appointment only for them to tell me the time wasn’t available anymore. What? When I finally made an appointment, I didn’t receive confirmation of my order.. But at least the appointment was made, right? I showed up to the lab just for them to tell me that they couldn’t locate my lab order anywhere on the computer. We followed instructions given, called quest support.. nothing. Now what really pisses me off is that I have been trying to call someone for support all day and no one is answering the phone! No response on the message I sent through the app either. No one has gotten back to me. I was lucky that the lady at the lab was very helpful, because this app is a complete mess. Don’t offer support if it’s not available.
Much needed and a great first design

While there is still a little room for improvement, I must say I’m very impressed by the ease of use. Many important features such as blockchain based privacy and the ability to import tests is fantastic. This is one of the more important apps out there and hard to believe this wasn’t done sooner. Hope this becomes universal, the world can use an extra layer of protection for this sort of thing.

I think this is the greatest thing in the world. The app has the potential to be such a great aid in ensuring the health of so many! I REALLY hope this catches on. Constructive criticism: I think it would be even cooler if they added a feature to show whether or not the user has a prescription for birth control or PrEP!!
App is a joke - Test Import Doesn’t Work

Requested my test results to be imported into the app in mid June of this year. After much back and forth between the support for this app and my testing location I still haven’t had my results imported into the app. Additionally, the CEO has told me on numerous occasions that he would follow-up with me regarding the issue and I’m constantly the one that has to reach back out to get a status update, which to date has not changed.
