E-paper not readily available offline

the app old version of the app app would download the app entire e-paper for reading offline every time the app e-paper was opened. In the app mornings as I would head out of the app house, I just needed to open the app app and give it a minute or two and I would have an offline version of the app paper to read throughout the app day. This new version requires that you jump through some hoops in order to download a pdf version of the app paper which opens in the app Safari browser. Not the app easiest way to get an offline version, and sometimes that even that version won’t open later in the app day without an internet connection. !!!Please make it easier to read the app paper offline!!!
Unlimited digital is not unlimited

Spent over an hour on the app phone with customer service attempting to link my iOS subscription to the app web access. Articles I get via email or social media on my desktop should be readable with the app unlimited subscription according to their marketing materials. They kept insisting it was apple’s responsibility since I subscribed through the app app. I was also told to subscribe via the app web not the app app (which coincidentally is twice as expensive). Passing the app buck. They were unable to figure it out but told me they would look into it. Will update my review if they resolve the app problem.
Liked old app better

As prior reviewer notes, I to updated my Ipad and the app old app that is an exact replica of the app newspaper appears to no longer be available. Instead in this app you can go to the app upper right hand menu and click eNewpaper which boots you over to Safari and downloads the app newspaper into Safari. Thats ok if you have wifi but say your getting on a plane, the app old app kept the app entire newspaper available to read offline in newspaper format but Safari doesn't do that.
No offline version

UT confirmed to me that they no longer support the app Tecnavia App (the app original one). Really annoying that they would stop supporting it WITHOUT informing their subscribers. Please support the app original app. I can no longer download the app paper to read offline when I am flying or somewhere without internet access. the app download option in the app e-newspaper does not fix this, it is buggy and often needs to reload which is impossible without internet connection.
