Kitty City: Harvest Valley for Pc

I kept sending in many tickets about the same glitchy issue I’ve been having with this game but every time I’d get the tickets sent back to me in my email and no response from their team just their system saying thank you for submitting your ticket we should get to you within 24 hours!! Well it’s been over three days with no response to any of them >:( I’ve never experienced such a poor support before not to mention it’s hard to submit a ticket in the first place their support site had quite the problem as well (it wasn’t my internet connection it was some encryption glitch and some other thing that kept popping up)I had to keep retyping my issue a couple of times till I got smart and copy pasted several times more before finally one’d get sent. I don’t know if the site is purposely messed up because they just don’t know how to fix it just like my game and don’t really want to be bothered by a customer but out of courtesy I should’ve got more than an automatic response from a system because it’s not reassuring that anything will be done for me. I really do like this game it seems promising and all but not without support if it keeps having issues and I can’t do anything about it because I can’t get at least some mediocre support why should I bother playing anymore if it’s going to disappoint me. I hope I can get some response before tonight also I might raise my review one Star but if not it stays.

I really love this game and have been playing for over a year now. I enjoy the races and the quests to rescue new kitties. The reason for a 4 instead of 5 is that there have been tons of glitches lately. Last race 1/2 my teammates couldn’t claim their prizes then they ended up with 500 of everything which was useless because storage only allowed 250 so you couldn’t use the stuff they gave you, you had to sell everything so you had room to store your items you were making for the quests. This round of races was going great. I finished all the levels and was working on the bonus. I was two earrings from completion when the race reset itself to the beginning!!!! So annoyed that I am seriously thinking of deleting this app permanently. Which is a shame because the game is fun otherwise but who wants to spend hours making something and have it messed up on the end? I even put real money into this game weekly because I like it so much. Otherwise I wouldn’t complain so much. I’ve submitted tickets too and they never answer past the auto response that it was received. Please fix this game before everyone decides to quit it.

The game doesn’t require gem purchases and has plenty of opportunities to earn gems anyways. So that’s a big plus for me. I have other games to play while I wait for items I’m crafting, so I don’t know why that’s a huge issue for people. My main problem is the price for new items like trees and buildings. It’s gets progressively more and more ridiculous. And even though I never spend coins I get, I have to still complete train orders just for days to purchase necessary items. I’ve been saving now for 2 days to get the lemon tree. Second issue is that I can’t join a team. Haven’t been able to for a year now. I go to search for a team and nothing can be found. EVER. What was the point of setting the building up if I can’t race? I barely do the hot air balloon unless it’s needed to do a quest because even the easy balloon is hard to fill up. But overall, these are minor frustrations. Make new buildings and trees cheaper. I enjoy the game otherwise and the graphics are cute. Plenty of opportunities to earn gems and I never feel pressured to buy any extra. Big, big plus!

I don’t hardly ever right reviews so this is going to be simple and straight forward. The graphics are great and the variety of what you can build and farm is really visually appealing. HOWEVER.... a good number of the items you need to make take a really long time compared to other similar games I play. Plus a lot of the items required all come from the same station so you are forced to either wait a day or more to complete all you need to build to meet the requirement of you spend real cash. Additionally it would nice to have a Buy/sell feature with other players in your co-op like other games out there. When you do visit your co-op friends it would be helpful to be able to just on to the next co-op friends land instead of having to go back home first before visiting the next player in line. Hopefully the developers are reading these reviews and will make some of these changes that we can see in an update sooner than later ... I hope. 🙂 In would definitely change my 3 stars up to 5 stars and I would recommend to other players but not until then.
