What is Chicago L?
Chicago L Subway Map is a mobile application that provides offline CTA and Chicago Metra maps, live line updates, and a point-to-journey planner. It also includes a detailed Downtown Chicago map and an RTA Regional System Map. The app is free and available for download on mobile devices.

Apart from the main Chicago CTA map there's also a detailed Downtown Chicago map, an RTA Regional System Map (CTA, Metra, and Pace) so you can view the best connections to make as well as a point to journey planner that will tell you the fastest routes and lowest cost of getting from A to B by train, bus, car, taxi, bike and foot.
