Payment through app issues

Every time I have tried to pay through the app with my card it glitches. It won’t let me pay through the app and I end up having to cancel my order or pickup at the store if I wanted delivery. If I wanted someone else to pick it up for me I’d have to go to the atm or give them my card. Please fix this thank you.

It’s an, ok app they keep promoting it but they never really fix the problems/bugs of the app, I’d rather call but they have deals when you order on the app
