Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "PhoTop"
The search will reveal the PhoTop - Check Image Size app icon. Open, then click "Install".

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »

- Login to the PlayStore we just installed

Love it! You're on to something useful here. It is odd that on iOS, I can't See nor Sort anything relating to size metrics of pix. View or Tool. Many times I download images and they become too large. I next download a smaller version. Now I have 2 pix- alike but one is lager - yet no way to see this. I am hoping to do this, on this iPhone as soon as I figure out how to do it with your this app iMageSizer.,. Except for your "this app." That's Great Design!! It's quite uniqie. Thanx...

I was about to buy pro version but when I tried to sort photos by colors it crashes. Avoid this one until they fix it. Good idea but simply does not work...
