Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using Live GIF on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Live GIF"
The search will reveal the Live GIF app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Live GIF is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Live GIF.
Now enjoy Live GIF on PC.

Great app! Just what I've been waiting on.

This app is amazing. $1.99 may be too high for some people, but for the first app (known to me) to convert the app photos, it's worth it. The app works very well. Didn't have any crashing or anything. The reason I took a star away: please provide a way to remove the plug to your other app. Don't want to see that all the time on a critical screen for an app I paid for.

Can’t use this app on my brand new iPhone. Even before, I was having issues finding images to convert since the app doesn’t allow you to select a photo from albums, so you have to scroll endlessly to find what you need. A shame, it was a great app otherwise.
Works but not updated

Come on, guys, this is a paid app. It’s been nearly the year and the resolution is still not optimized for iPhone X? That’s irresponsible. Otherwise, the app works fine.

So great that this app is translated to Chinese! A lot of my family can now understand it well! --- Update: Love how the GIFs are now smaller so I can share them on Twitter. --- First thing I thought when I saw that the app Photos was launched: these are like GIFs! But you couldn't easily share them. Now you can! So awesome.
