2. zennya for HealthKit / CareKit integration - optionally, retrieves your Apple medical ID information to conveniently create a medical ID with your zennya profiles.

3. Currently in Makati, BGC, Pasig, Quezon city, Mandaluyong, San Juan, and Taguig, Manila, Pasay, parts of Paranaque, Alabang, Cebu City, Mandaue City, Talisay City and LapuLapu City with new areas opening regularly.

4. Medical ID's are required for any medical services, but will not require users to use HealthKit / CareKit to add fill this information.

5. Your electronic medical record is updated each time you conduct a medical service with zennya.

Started with a promise, now a disaster

It's been 2 weeks and I can't book a massage with my favorite therapist. I'm thinking of not using the app altogether! I've been wasting my time waiting for my booking to be accepted. I've patronized the app since it's launched and I don't feel that my loyalty matters. The ‘customer service staff’ explained that it’s because of growing demand. I don’t think that’s the reason. My favorite therapist had been available for like 3 hours and he’s not that far from me -but my booking was never accepted. Then the ‘staff’ further explained that the therapist was out of range. the app has been decreasing that range. I was able to book that therapist for a good of number of times even if he was in that location. That conversation is pointless and will lead to nowhere. the app app started with a promise but now is a disaster. The the app team will not go the extra mile (or even lift a finger) to console a dissatisfied loyal customer. They have a lot of reasons for the disservice but never take actions to save the customer relationship. PS. I avail the app services at least once a week on the average - and I can freakin’ prove that! After spending thousands of pesos for the app, I feel I deserve some ‘going the extra mile’ customer service. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

the app has been the biggest “life-changer” app for me since Uber. I no longer have to sit in traffic, instead the therapists come to your home. I really love the new services geared towards men as well. Push a button. Get an amazingly trained therapist at your home in minutes. It’s that simple, and it’s so inexpensive I can afford to get one every day. Love it!
Faulty App/Poor customer service

The actual services from the therapists are good, and I have no complaint. The actual app is faulty. The app froze and would not let me come off one of the sub-menus no matter how many times I closed the app and re-opened it. I decided to uninstall and then reinstall the app, but since doing this I have been unable to login to the app. The app assumes I'm trying to create a new account and notifies me that my account already exists and leaves me at the login page. I've attempted to contact customer service multiple times through texts and emails with no response from either.

Nice job , they did a nice job designing this app, of course it could be better, and I’m sure there working the bugs out. I have great ideas for them if there listening, but it does the job. I really like this app it’s Great when the therapists are available
