Cannot play game

Something is wrong with thus slit. Can not get the game to come up. Message saying a new version in App Store. When I go into App Store I find out that I already have new version. Still will not open. This has been going on for several days now. I am getting ready to delete this mess. Very frustrating. Please fix it or I will choose to leave. Thanks. I have already deleted this mess. No one has fixed it and I decided to move on. Forget it,

Update needed

Game altogether just stopped loading. It loads only up to 93% and stops. I then get error message “update required, new versions available in the App Store”. Looked and no update available. I also get another error message “oops connection timed out, please try again”. Update is needed, game never loads.
