Download and install the Nelnet app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:

Buggy little thing

I keep seeing people say the view document navigation works on their phone so it must be individual issues, but I've updated, uninstalled and reinstalled, I'm on the latest iOS, and there are still no navigation buttons when viewing statements. I actually came to the app store to click App Support, but shockingly, that doesn't work either. Takes me to a broken link on the website. I actually chose this app to consolidate my loans with, and I find myself constantly disappointed. The app "mostly" works, and auto payments show up as late payments until they're done processing. What a dumb system.

Does exactly what I want it to do!

I was a little apprehensive about downloading this app after reading so many negative reviews. I decided to try it out for myself anyway. This app does exactly what I want it to do, make it easy for me to set up payments, make payments and manage my account from my phone. Also, if you have someone else (parent or relative) paying on your account they can set up their own log in and make payment on your account without seeing all of your info. Lastly, If I have a question about something I can just use the help scroll down to contact a rep and ask my question. The reps are very quick with responding and I have never experienced long wait times on the phone either. With that said, if you want quick and easy access to make payments and manage your account the this app app is perfect for you. If you want more than that, the this app app is probably not for you.

Not happy

I got this app because going into the Internet there was no way I could login it was stating that it was an insecure site. My payment went through just fine, but I wanted to check out my tax information because I would like to get my taxes done. And of course it's February 4th and there is no tax information, which doesn't surprise me. I opened my last statement and it would not allow me to go back, yes no back button. ALSO no additional buttons at the bottom of the screen as someone said earlier. Normally if there's no no back button, I will check the bottom of the screen BUT THERE IS NOTHING at the bottom of the screen. So since my statement is stuck on the screen and won't close, does that mean that my personal information is out there for anyone to see? I have deleted and reinstalled the app three times now and the same thing happens. NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL and I am very Technical knowledgeable. Currently I am not very happy with the app. Looks like I may have to delete the app for a forth time.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I have no issues with the app. I can make payments, schedule payments, view my account details, etc. It seems that most reviews say that there’s no back button and/or that they can’t view documents. Sounds like maybe it’s a phone issue? I can view my documents (statements, tax forms, etc) just fine and there IS a back button. There’s also a menu on the bottom of the page to get to where you need to go when there isn’t a back button. Great app. I’d maybe recommend enabling Touch ID, but besides that, it works just fine.
