Defense Zone 3 Ultra-HD for Pc

This is indeed more difficult than the previous version, but the challenge is fun. You don’t really have to buy extras, just be patient while thinking carefully about how to deploy your existing resources most effectively. The game, graphics etc are very well done. This is not just the previous version with a few extra levels tacked on. The one thing I miss from the previous version is the ability to save the game at specific points. I might be missing something obvious due to the UI rearrangement. If a particular wave is going badly, and you want start, just quit and come back into it and it will pick up from the beginning of that wave, so all is not lost, but the manual save was nice to have.

I read these reviews about it being too tough…not true. Being a die hard TD fan, I enjoy the challenges. I do not buy the in-game benefits. I play it out and have had immense fun working through the stages and adjusting my strategy. It is tough. It may take 100 tries to get a perfect on Nightmare. I believe that is the point of strategy games. Cant wait for additional updates! Note on the 1.2.1 update…my screen is continuously flickering no matter the resolution I have it set to. Running a 2017 MacBook Pro. Please fix it!

I enjoyed the app Zone 1 & 2, and really liked this third version, until I hit level (map) 6, which has proven impossible (for me) to beat, even on the Easy setting. The game is designed so that you must win each level before it will unlock the next one. The first 5 levels were very hard, again using the Easy setting, but I managed to get through them. I assume that the developer has set the game up this way to force customers to make In-App purchases to be able to progress to more levels. I paid for the game, and am willing to grind to earn enough points without resorting to spending more money, but it seems that isn’t possible with the app Zone 3 Ultra HD. The developers have every right to do this, but it would have been an ethical move on their part to state up front that the game is designed to force you to pay more to advance further than the first few levels. As it is, I feel as if I paid for a Lite version which are usually free. I don’t mind paying for more maps, or an improved game (I paid for each of the first two game versions), but this business model isn’t ethical. If there’s someone that has bought the game and has figured out a way to advance without paying for in-app purchases, I’m willing to consider changing my rating. If the game was free, I wouldn’t mind so much the in-app method to advance. Lastly… I use an Apple trackpad with my iMac, and sometimes trying to select a weapon is almost impossible. The game just won’t register a tap or click at times. I’m sure it’s not my trackpad as I have no issues with any other application on my Mac. I don’t have a mouse to try, but I don’t see why it would make a difference. And, it’s possible to drop a tower onto a spot on a map and not be able to find it again quickly, as many maps have (very nicely rendered) foliage that hide the tower, making it difficult to find when you need to upgrade or sell it. The postives about the game… the graphics are quite nice, better than the first two games which were already pretty good. There are a good variety of weapon towers, with a wide range of upgrades possible for each. The game runs very smoothly on my 2012 iMac, with no crashes or freezes. Gameplay is easy to figure out, especially if you’re already familiar with the tower the app genre. The concept is engaging and could provide good replay, at least if I could ever get past the first handful of maps. If the game was changed to address the issues I’ve listed, I’d probably give it at least 4 stars. As it is, unless you’re willing to continue paying money after your initial purchase of the game, I suggest you wait for an update that will hopefully address these issues.

awesome game! I run it on my old mac book pro and its runs like a charm. DOES NOT crash; IT IS NOT too dificult. So far I havent had to pay for any add-ons. (im only on L3) The game is the same concept as DZ2 , but its significatly better. -more attacks avaliable (air strike, artilery strike, inciendeary strike, EMP, etc) -air raid is no longer irrelevant, the planes are FAST and you have to have well placed defence and HELLFIRE if necessary -improved placement of defensive structures if you enjoyed DZ2, you will like this one also! be ready to be challeged, it is significantly more difficulr than previous game
