Chris can be a girl’s name too!

Great game with solid mechanics. Seems like an overwhelming amount of stuff to keep up with at first, but the game has a rock solid tutorial (that is extremely rewarding to play), and you can get the hang of it quickly. Any oddball stuff can usually be explained with a tap, anyway. The story isn’t too bad so far (especially considering the writing in most phone games), and the art style is great. The Korean-to-English translation seems good as far as I’ve seen, and the few hiccups are generally endearing, like the female protagonist being named Chris. Not that it’s short for Christina or anything, just Chris. I believe one of the loading screens defends this name as well, which tells me the English team on this game is having fun as well. All in all, a great tactical RPG, The please-buy-stuff-but-you-don’t-have-to bits every free-to-play has are not intrusive, and as polished as this game is, I will probably start paying a bit to play soon enough. If the Devs read these, keep up the good work, you have a great game here.
Love the game but customer service stinks

I’ve played the game almost since the beginning but once they transferred servers the whole thing fell apart. I had been a monthly subscriber paying $5 a month because I supported the game. Then they transferred servers and I can’t access my account and couldn’t make purchases. I tried 4 times which charged me every time yet nothing came in game. That was in July. It is now October. I have not received any information regarding my original account or a resolution to my purchase problem. I have sent them no less than 5 emails and even referenced the purchase with my apple store receipt and all I get back is a generic please be patient we are dealing with the issue email. The total purchase amount is only $20 but waiting over 4 months is ridiculous. This is another attempt to get someone to notice. I have already reported the problem with the transactions via the apple store as well but just get referred to the game developer. Hopefully with enough bad reviews and reports I can get someone’s attention.
No hero gatcha system

This is the first game I have played on phone that has had a solid story that wasn’t just thrown in just to have a story. All characters are obtainable just by playing the game, and most can be gotten just by playing the story missions. There is still a gatcha system kinda but it’s for the gear and just by playing the game without spending money, you will get some solid gear sets for free through gear vouchers and 2 free gear set pulls a day. Within the first week you will be decked out with high star gear sets. They give a good amount of free gems (premium currency) to either save them to get a few pricey bundles in the shop or a costume or two or to buy all the expedition upgrades and a bunch of the instant repeat mission items and other low priced bundles as you get enough for them.

The games changed company hands a few times before the r at the end of the name when it was just the app war tactics they keep coming up with “edgey” new home screens for the game. But it’s all the same basic game. The events aren’t suprising or addicting mostly pay to win. The plot of the main story is great. But after a certain level of one character dies in the fight you loose and you are forced to wait and wait and wait for better gear n character building opportunities to try to overcome. I’ve been stuck on the same level the past 3 years. Please if you make a update make the game more playable. 3 years of farming is long enough. And I’ve been with this game too long to quit now and put money into this account so some freakin assistance over here or maintenance on this ridiculous level so I can continue the story already!
