Can’t connect to Facebook or ask friends for help

I have tried to contact the developers for help with no reply. I cannot connect to Facebook. And I cannot play the game from Facebook because it says I have to leave Facebook to play. And when I try to connect from the game it says I have to ask in app rep for permission. I have upgraded everything I could and it says to ask friends for tickets but since I cannot connect to Facebook I can’t ask friends for any help at all. On Facebook I asked for help and no one messaged me back. They sent me two sites to go to and I messaged both but nobody’s replying. So now I can’t play the game anymore because I can’t upgrade any of the games anymore than I have already. The game is fun but I can never win any of the items that I’m trying for and some of the items I have to get are in levels that are 5 to 10 times higher then I’m at. I’m at level 20 and I am still trying for 3 items that I’ve been trying to get since I started and people have sent me friend request and I have requested items from them which I never get either. And every three games I play they throw an ad in. So I might as well delete the game since I can’t play it anymore.
Collections

Can you add a sort feature on Collections such as completed ones on top. Also a search feature would be great. As you scroll through the Collections as it is now it jumps so far ahead you miss some so an easier way to scroll through them one at a time would be great.

Having gone through some match 3 games in which you accelerate through the first 20 levels and then stuck trying forever and waiting for more lives, I was eager to find a game that progressed normally and had opportunities to gain lives. This one fit the bill.
Good game although awards are out of sync

Quite often the level shows you completed the task but you don’t get the award. Overall a fun game to play
